Matter of sanctioning higher pay scale from the date of original eligibility to the officers / employees who have passed the CCC / CCC + examination of computer skills.

Officers / employees appointed in the government service who have passed the CCC / CCC + examination of computer skills taught from the declaration on the aforesaid rank under the training and examination rules as well as during their probationary period to get higher salary standard CSC examination. Required as well as due diligence is required to pass the CCC / CCC + examination of computer skills.

Government employees / officers are not deprived of the benefit of timely promotion / higher pay scale due to non-passing of CCC / CCC + examination of this computer skill by adopting a liberal attitude by the Government. Provisions were made at the outset that the higher pay scale could be approved on condition of passing by.

With a view to ensure that government employees / officers continue to get the benefit of promotion / higher pay scale, the deadline for passing CCC / CCC + examination of computer skills has been extended from time to time by the Government in the interest of government employees / officers and in accordance with the above rules. The deadline for passing the CCC / CCC + examination of computer skills was extended till 31/12/2017 and then with the resolution on the rule taken by the aforesaid reader from 01/01/2018 to 20/06/2018. Meanwhile, provision has been made for the government employees who have passed the CCC Plus examination of computer skills taken by the government recognized examination centers to be entitled to higher pay scale from the date of eligibility of higher pay scale but then other conditions have to be fulfilled from the date of passing the test. Instructions have been published to get higher pay scale. Therefore, there is a need for re-presentation in this regard. Even after the date of 30/૦૬/2016, the issue of approval of higher pay scale was under consideration of the Government. Fresh consideration is given below
